James DiNardo, President and founder, is a U.S. Navy veteran who served 1990–1996 in the Western Pacific with Helicopter Squadron HS-6, "The World Famous Indians" — a combat search-and-rescue and anti-submarine warfare squadron. Carrier-deployed multiple times aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln in support of Operation Southern Watch and Operation Restore Hope. Navy Achievement Medal, Liberation of Kuwait Medal, Battle Efficiency, Secret clearance. Honorably discharged October 1996.
"It wasn't uncommon to wrap up a 12- or 14-hour day of helicopter maintenance by stripping and waxing a floor, scrubbing an aircraft hangar or cleaning a bathroom till it gleamed. It seemed we were always preparing for an inspection."
"I was convinced that the same vigilance we had in the Navy protecting our troops could be applied to protect a business image through cleaning." Jim DiNardo — Founder, Patriot USA
He started Patriot in 1998 — selling by day, cleaning and training crews by night, for years. He is a Service-Connected Disabled U.S. Military Veteran as certified by the V.A.
